Due to festival Þjóðhátíð in Vestmannaeyjar opening hours will be adjusted from July 31st to August 3rd, 2026.
The museum will be open as follows:
Friday, July 31st
Open from 11:00–13:00
Saturday, August 1st
Open from 11:00–17:00
Sunday, August 2nd
Open from 11:00–17:00
Monday, August 3rd
Open from 13:00–17:00
